A few year ago I had an opportunity to go to the Running of the Bulls - San Fermin Festival in Pamplona, Spain. Every day was filled with more and more excitement. This was already the adventure of a lifetime, but it wasn't until the last night of the trip that the party really started. We were staying in a small campground on the waterfront in Barcelona, fully prepared for a quiet last night before we left in the morning. That’s when two bus loads from Contiki Tours showed up and forever changed our lives. I’ll save you the gory details, but it was one of the wildest nights of our lives. It was so epic we missed our flight and the name Contiki will forever be tattooed on my brain.

With all that being said, when Contiki came calling for us to provide the photography and photo booth for their Las Vegas summit, we jumped at the opportunity. Contiki staff from all over Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa gathered at the Palms Casino Resort for a few days of shenanigans and tomfoolery. I hope they make the Vegas stop a regular part of their annual company gathering. Here are a few pics from that weekend and a video from the day I ran with the bulls, just for the hell of it.

I always love our road trip events and River Valley High School’s Senior Prom in Laughlin, Nevada was no exception. THIS is how you do Prom: Photo Booth, Two Photo Stations, Awesome DJs, Amazing Decorations, Ice Sculpture and oh ya, MTV!

The MTV show ‘Made’ was filming for an upcoming episode featuring a Prom Queen makeover. They filmed for a while featuring our photo booth quite a bit. And yes, I will get my MTV debut. I’d like to say it’s my reality show debut, but that’s a different story for another time.

All and all it was one heck of a Prom and a great opportunity for this lifelong Vegas local to finally get to Laughlin. I know it’s crazy that I have never made it down there in all these years, but I’m glad I finally did. It was much cooler than I expected. I can’t wait to go back to play some more on the river and hopefully we'll have another opportunity to bring the photo booth too.
